GSSAS has a unique structure to many other student-led organizations. Rather than having a top-down structure, GSSAS has a more circle structure where every member is involved in our mission towards creating impact. The innovator form allows members to submit an idea they believe will benefit GSSAS. If approved, those members will work with officers to lead and oversee that opportunity. With our emphasis on leadership, the innovator opportunity is one for anyone to get involved with leadership in GSSAS. Ideas can be anything from volunteering opportunities, research ideas, workshop ideas, and much more.
