Georgia State Student Anatomy Society

SHAPING AND INSPIRING ATLANTA’S FUTURE STEM LEADERS

Georgia State Student Anatomy Society (GSSAS) is an entirely student led non-profit, PVSA certified organization that aims to provide students interested in STEM and medicine with opportunities to learn and grow through various opportunities

The organization brings together bright and ambitious high school students across Georgia in an exceptional community of discussion, exposure, and leadership. These skills are bolstered through the various Research, Workshop, Volunteering, and competition based opportunities

Our Story

GSSAS was created by students from Lambert High School in 2022 in order provide a refreshing platform for STEM and medical inquiry built on the idea of a self sustaining community of ambitious students. Since its creation, GSSAS has expanded to multiple schools across Georgia and expanded to over 150 members.

Members have gained experience on writing real research papers, getting involved in multiple educational workshops, got involved in our impact driven volunteering opportunities, and competed in multiple STEM related competitions.
